This is about extensive Gospel proclamation that is personally relevant and practical for effective follow-up. In addition to the transformation of whole communities, “sowing broadly” connects us with individuals who are being called by God to partner with Him in His mission, and once these connections are made, we can come alongside them in their journey. “Sowing broadly” includes social media engagement, face-to-face encounters, broadcast media, literature and Bible distribution, and facilitating events that have a wide appealThat is, as well as making transformed communities widely, it is a way to connect with those whose hearts God is stirring and begin a journey with them.
Typically, ‘broad sowing’ includes social media, broadcast media, literature, and Bibles. It also includes events that have a broad sowing approach, and wide and intentional personal sharing
Mobilizing
Indeed, he wants to mobilize you for his work
MOBILIZING
Identifying, training, and launching mission-catalyzers
This is about finding those who can instigate and accelerate work among the least-reached. We are passionate about cultivating sustainable mobilization in both similar and dissimilar cultural environments
Engaging
Intentional Love and care as the foundation for healthy engagement
ENGAGING
Holistically involved with least-reached communities
If we are to present the whole Gospel, then we must engage with others not only on the “spiritual level”, but also in regards to their physical, social and/or emotional needs through sincere intrapersonal relationships. This pillar is therefore about meeting people where they are at and coming alongside them to love and to serve. This may include community development, disaster relief, literacy classes, sports or other physical activities, and other types of special projects and initiatives
Discipling
Disciplined disciples for Jesus
DISCIPLING
Equipping believers to be disciples that make disciples
This is centered on the discipleship process that happens in and around a community. It is pouring into new leaders and fostering healthy relational dynamics amongst their sphere of influence. It is helping new disciples from society’s least-reached peoples to grow in their relationship with God, and to be vessels of His love, compassion and grace. Finally, we desire to see reproduction in this process, so that disciples in turn will make additional disciples
