Leadership Development

We want to develop quality Christian leaders who will serve as Godly role-models within their communities, and who are eager to impart wisdom, training, and responsibilities to the next generation of leadership

Leadership Camps

Leadership Camps emphasize Christ-like behavior as the starting point for servant-leadership, which is the model that Jesus demonstrated in Holy Scripture. Men and women are equipped to bring about transformational change within society, and this is facilitated by our team of national and international trainers and coaches. The classroom teaching is also enhanced through practical learning activities, and regular follow-up takes place once the camp has concluded

Youth Development

In addition to leadership camps, we organize cross-country training events for young men and women (ages 18-25). The goal of these events is preparation of Christian youth for the practical challenges they will encounter in the world (both material and spiritual). Focus is given to the identification of leadership gifting, the basics of discipleship, character-building, spiritual formation, and communication skills. TeenStreet is another program which focuses on Christian teenagers (see “Join”)

School of Mission

School of Mission exists to help young people cultivate a stronger relationship with Christ, and this life-changing experience spans an entire year. We offer Gospel instruction and practical activities that enlighten the mind and nourish the soul. Course content includes discipleship, Christian missions, church planting, Bible survey, and spiritual disciplines. The desired outcome is that by the time one year has elapsed, the SOM student are able to clearly and confidently express the core tenets of Christianity, thus allowing them to be courageous ambassadors for Christ throughout the remainder of their lives. Since 2012, SOM has graduated more than 100 students

Capacity Building

This emphasis is about helping our partners (the local church and other like-minded organizations) to strengthen management and governance. It is essential to bolster collaborative efforts in order to achieve shared goals, and this is why OMF is committed to hosting seminars, conferences, and similar-type events for the sake of pastors, elders, and ministry leaders. During these times, we give strategic focus to the development of skills, knowledge, resources, and capabilities, all of which are vital to thriving ministry partnerships

Sports Coaching and Development through Mentorship

The Sports Ministry team prepares players to be faithful followers of Christ through discipleship groups and trainings. Opportunities are given for participants to articulate Christian belief, deepen their relationship with God, and live out their faith through athletic pursuits. Coaches serve as mentors to their athletes and inspire them from the Word of God. They model and teach the virtues of integrity, teamwork, humility, and perseverance, and sports activities promote interfaith harmony as athletes from different religious backgrounds come together and play. While they participate in sports, they are also encouraged to continue their studies and receive a degree, thus setting them on a path towards future success.
